EOCs information for Fall 2020:

In an effort to allow teachers to administer tests to their own classes/students, we will need as much help as possible from volunteer proctors. Skills Needed: Ability to observe students; Willingness to help. If you are able to assist, please visit the link provided to the left.

High School– EOC
• Math I EOC (Math III, if Math I passed in 8th grade). • Biology EOC. • English II EOC.

• CTE exams (for Career and Vocational Education concentrators). |
Common Questions
Are make-ups required?
• Yes. Any absent student should make up the test on the first make-up school day.
Which students are NOT required to take Common Exams?
• Students currently being instructed on the Extended Content Standards and who have NCEXTEND1 documented in their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
• Students identified as LEP who score BELOW level 4.0 Expanding on reading subtest of the W-APT, and are in first year in U.S. schools, are not required to be assessed on English Language Arts I, III, IV, and Occupational Course of Study (OCS) English Language Arts I, III, and IV.
• 11th & 12th grade students enrolled in IB diploma and AP classes with an alternate national exam.. (AP/ IB exams are completed in May unless a make-up is being given.)
• Students approved for a medical exemption.

Early Exams may be approved only in the cases of a one-time educational opportunity that cannot be rescheduled or based on medical need! Proof through appropriate documentation will be required. Deadlines are November 28th, 2020 for First Semester Exams and May 1, 2021 for Second Semester and A/B Day Exams.
